Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on consistently recruiting excellent staff
2. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
3. Analyze trends in compensation and benefits
4. Research and propose competitive base and incentive pay programs to ensure the organization attracts and retains top talent
5. Work on the talent management system
6. Ensure legal compliance throughout human resource management
7. Work on training, counseling, and coaching our staff
8. Work on resolving conflicts through positive and professional mediation
9. Work on carrying out necessary administrative duties
10. Conduct performance and wage reviews
11. Develop clear policies and ensure policy awareness
12. Work on handling workplace investigations, disciplinary and termination procedures
