Location: Chhatarpur Farms ( New Delhi )

We're looking for someone to work on facilitating the recruitment process, data base management for recruitment, and work closely with HR Business Partner for Nicobar.
- Understanding the job requirement and bringing them in a standard format.
- Sourcing through job boards, linkedin, internal HR data base.
- Calling and pre-screening of candidates to gauge their interest and availability for the interviews.
- Coordinating the interviews with candidates and hiring managers - first to final rounds.
- Document and maintain the recruitment data-base.
- Actively support the closure of the offers- includes the documentation, follow-ups, scheduling of reference checks.
- Other assignments - assigned to you.
