Strategic and innovative HR Professional with proven expertise in all facets of HR function from hire to retire which encompassed different stages of employee life cycle from talent Management, employee relations, learning and development, performance management, employee engagement, payroll and benefits, merger & acquisition and change management etc. My passion for the HR sector is equally matched by my experience in it. Execute HR processes for Starter/New Hires, Leavers, Changes, Reference Letters & Regulated References, Maternity, Paternity/Parental/, Flexible Working, Reports, Sickness/Absence, etc. Effective and timely response to queries and requests received by the Ask HR platform in line with SLAs. Ensuring the data held on SAP Success factor (HR System) meets accuracy and quality standards. Effective data recording within employee electronic/physical files to meet data protection rules & guidelines. Work with the Payroll team to ensure essential and accurate information is provided which impact payroll processing and salary payments to the employees as per defined processes. Assisted employees by promptly responding to and resolving their queries and concerns. Provided efficient support to address employee inquiries and resolve their concerns. Preparing and distributing visa letters for employee travel purposes. Coordinated and facilitated the recruitment process for 10+ new hires, streamlining the hiring process and reducing time-to-fill by 20%. Assisted in the implementation of new HR policies and procedures, contributing to a 15% increase in employee satisfaction survey scores. Conducted research and analysis on industry best practices, providing valuable insights for optimizing the hospital's HR operations.
