Qualification: MBA or any relevant field
Preferred Qualities:
1. Must have MBA/BBA Degree or any other relevant qualification.
2. Proficient in Word (Excel, MS Word, Outlook).
3. Solid verbal and written communication skills.
Job Description:
1. Design and update job descriptions.
2. Source potential candidates from various online channels (e.g. social media and professional platforms).
3. Send job offer emails and answer queries about compensation and benefits.
4. Act as a consultant to new hires and help them onboard.
5. Should analyze the requirements and procure the suitable candidate profiles from various recruitment sources namely data banks, job portals, employee references and advertisements via social networking sites.
6. Should take care of release of offer, employee documentation and candidate onboarding in Lakshya.
