Job Description

● Assist in development and implementation of human resource policies.

● Assistance in Payroll Management

● Source potential candidates from various online channels (i.e. professional & social media platforms).

● Craft recruiting emails to attract passive candidates.

● Screen incoming resumes and application forms.

● Interview candidates (via phone, video and in-person).

● Prepare and distribute assignments and numerical, language and logical reasoning tests.

● Provide shortlists of qualified candidates to hiring managers.

● Collaborate with managers to identify future hiring needs.

● Employee onboarding and exit.

● Handling and overlooking the HRMS Portal.

● Send job offers and answer queries about compensation and benefits.

● Creation of employment letters (offer, appointment, internship letters).

● Coordination between employees and management.

● Attendance and leave management.

● Performance Management - Mid-Term Reviews, Annual Appraisals.
