Human Resource Intern Job in MB Informatics Pvt. Limited at Gurgaon

Key Responsibilities & Accountabilities:

• Support recruitment specialist for hiring process and related backend activities (candidate follow up, resume filing, database update etc.)
  
• Provides support in sourcing profiles, shortlisting, interviewing and finalising candidates with department manager.
  
• Follow ups with candidates for interview documents, joining dates once initial discussions have been completed.
  
• Supporting MBI hiring team in development & maintaining of Recruitment Database including candidate files and excel database.
  
• Supporting in hiring analysis reports which can also be shared with management on six month basis to keep a track on hiring scenario.
  
• Generating income from third Party business for recruitment services as per targets set by management.
  
• Providing info to Business Development lead for further discussions.
  
• Supporting the MBI HR Team for HR related activities as assigned
