Report to:-The HR Manager

Location:- NSP, Delhi.

Salary:-Up to 17k + attractive incentive on meeting targets.

Job overview:- To understand and meet the needs of our clients and candidates to provide quality tailored recruitment services whilst continually meeting targets.Duty and Responsibilities:-

⦁ Serve clients, identify their needs and provide feedback on the success of the filling job.

⦁ Qualify job specification/salary information, record accurate and comprehensive job descriptions.

⦁ Network internally and externally with clients.

⦁ Write and place posts on different websites and job portals to meet the requirements of candidates .

⦁ Handling recruitment activities and preparing daily and weekly reports.

⦁ Maintaining candidates database and strong follow-up with candidates.

Recruiter's Requirement:-

⦁ A Bachelor's degree.

⦁ The ability to conduct different types of interviews.

⦁ The ability to design and implement recruiting strategies.

⦁ Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

⦁ Good interpersonal skills.

⦁ Ability to make decisions promptly.
