· Experience in bulk and lateral hiring for Non-IT roles
· Responsible for managing end-to-end recruitment life cycle.
· Sourcing CVs through Job Portals, Employee Referrals, social media, and other sources of recruitment
· Building and maintaining cordial relationships with relevant stakeholders.
· Responsible for enhanced candidate experience throughout the recruitment process.
· Conducting all recruitment activities through ATS (DarwinBox)
· Conducting astute HR assessment to ensure that all shortlisted candidates meet the required quality standards.
· Being a catalyst in the decision-making process to select the right candidate.
· Conduct thorough salary negotiations and offer discussions.
· Come up with innovative and creative ways to hire the right talent in an optimum manner
