A Human Resource (HR) professional manages the employee lifecycle, including recruiting, onboarding, training, compensation, benefits, and employee relations, while ensuring legal compliance. Key responsibilities include implementing HR policies, managing performance appraisals, and fostering a positive work environment, ultimately aligning the workforce with business goals.

Key Responsibilities & Duties
Recruitment and Staffing: Identifying staffing needs, drafting job descriptions, screening candidates, and interviewing.
Onboarding and Talent Management: Conducting new hire orientations, managing employee records, and overseeing training and professional development programs.
Compensation and Benefits: Administering payroll, managing employee health benefits, insurance, and performance-related incentives.
Employee Relations: Resolving workplace conflicts, addressing grievances, and maintaining a positive company culture.
Compliance and Safety: Ensuring compliance with labor laws, including anti-discrimination laws and safety regulations.
Performance Management: Monitoring employee performance and organizing performance appraisals.
