Job Description
1. Maintaining and organizing the organization's human resource needs
2. Reporting to the program director and serving as a member of the management team along with the program director
3. Ensuring organizational effectiveness by ensuring correct talent acquisition and employee welfare in the organization
4. Recording all the activities performed by other interns or employees, he/she will also keep a strong follow-up of day-to-day activities and achievement of day-to-day targets
5. Working on talent acquisition from colleges across India and online portal according to the need of the organization
6. Addressing to needs of the interns/employees and rectifying them
7. Keeping the welfare of the organization and taking efforts in providing an excellent work environment
8. Keeping track of absence and lack of efficiency on the part of employees.
9. Keeping a strong follow-up on activities delegated to other interns/employees by the program manager and program director
10. Helping achieve the day-to-day target of the employees
11. Retaining the people showing excellent enthusiasm and performance at work
12. Devising ideas for employee motivation and incentive
13. Handling tie-ups with recreational centers as a part of employee benefit

1. are available for the work from home job/internship
2. can start the work from home job/internship between 6th May'21 and 10th Jun'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per number of hiring).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
