About the work from home job/internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Implement an HRMS for the organization
2. Work on recruitment and onboarding of interns including interviewing them
3. Work on exit planning of interns when they end the internship
4. Solve any people-related challenges in a structured manner
