Job Description
1. Update our internal databases with new employee information, including contact details and employment forms
2. Gather payroll data like leaves, working hours, and bank accounts
3. Screen resumes and application forms
4. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates
5. Post, update and remove job ads from job boards, careers pages, and social networks
6. Prepare HR-related reports as needed (like training budgets by department)
7. Review and distribute company policies in digital formats or hard copies
8. Participate in organizing company events and careers days

1. Should have a bachelor's/master's degree in human resource management or studying toward a degree in human resource management or related field
2. Should have a good understanding of full-cycle recruiting
3. Having familiarity with HRIS (human resources information system) software is advantageous
4. Should have proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
5. Should have the ability to work as part of a team
6. Should have strong analytical and problem-solving skills
7. Should have excellent administrative and organizational skills
8. Should have effective communication skills
