Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Sourcing and attracting candidates by using databases, social media, etc.
2. Evaluating applicants by discussing job requirements and applicant qualifications with the manager interviewing applicants on a consistent set of qualifications
3. Developing and updating job descriptions and job specifications
4. Conducting interviews using various reliable recruiting and selection tools/methods to filter candidates within schedule
5. Looking for candidates who can work full time from office. It is not a work-from-home internship.
