Job Description
About the internship
As an HR - TA intern, you will be supporting and working alongside the talent acquisition team. This will be a paid 6 months internship with a possibility of conversion to full-time employment, subject to performance.
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Screen resumes
2. Schedule and confirm interviews with candidates and internal stakeholders
3. Support the HR team in BGV and onboarding formalities for new joiners
4. Prepare TA-related reports like scheduling report, weekly report, and monthly report

Other requirements
1. Excellent command over language, both written & verbal
2. Must possess good interpersonal skills and the ability to connect with people
3. Must be a self-starter and have the ability to work to direction but independently
4. Must have good organizational and administrative skills & strong attention to detail
5. Postgraduates specializing in HR; preferably people who are passing out in 2020/21 from a premier institute
6. Someone who brings enormous enthusiasm, energy, and commitment
7. Must be well-versed with Microsoft Office tools and PowerPoint
