Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Bridge management and employee relations by addressing demands, grievances, or other issues
2. Manage the recruitment and selection process
3. Support current and future business needs through the development, engagement, motivation, and preservation of human capital
4. Develop and monitor overall HR strategies, systems, tactics, and procedures across the organization
5. Nurture a positive working environment and ensure compliance with labor regulations
6. Oversee and manage a performance appraisal system that drives high performance
7. Maintain pay plan and benefit programs
8. Report to the management and provide decision support through HR metrics
9. Oversee daily operations of the business unit or organization
10. Ensure the creation and implementation of a strategy designed to grow the business
11. Coordinate the development of key performance goals for functions and direct reports
12. Provide direct management of key functional managers and executives in the business unit
13. Ensure the development of tactical programs to pursue targeted goals and objectives
14. Ensure the overall delivery and quality of the unit's offerings to customers
15. Ensure proper documentation of each employee and policy creations
16. Ensure training and development of the new joinees
17. Enhance job satisfaction by resolving issues promptly, applying for new perks and benefits, and organizing team building activities
