Job Description
1. Handling the complete recruitment life-cycle
2. Sourcing candidates through internal databases, job portals, social media networking sites, and advertisements
3. Performing various administrative tasks and supporting our HR department's daily activities
4. Taking initial screening rounds for understanding the candidate's skills and competencies
5. Ensuring timely follow-ups with the candidates until the completion of the interview process
6. Coordinating between the candidate and client during the entire recruitment process

1. Familiarity with HRIS (human resources information system) software is advantageous
2. The ability to work as part of a team
3. Excellent administrative and organizational skills
4. Effective communication skills
5. Strong communication, interpersonal and relationship management skills are needed
6. The candidate should be in Bangalore (near Banaswadi) and ready to start immediately or within a week
7. Only female candidates are preferred
