Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Set objectives for the HR team and track progress
2. Design and implement company policies that promote a healthy work environment
3. Develop compensation and benefits plans
4. Support and suggest improvements to the entire recruitment process
5. Host in-house recruitment events
6. Discuss employees' career development paths with managers
7. Monitor HR metrics (e.g. turnover rates and cost-per-hire)
8. Review departmental budgets
9. Organize learning and development programs
10. Ensure HR staff addresses employees' requests and grievances in a timely manner
11. Maintain HR procedures that comply with labor regulations
12. Work on coordinating with hiring managers to identify staffing needs13. Work on determining selection criteria
13. Work on sourcing potential candidates through online channels (social platforms and professional networks)
14. Plan interview and selection procedures, including screening calls, assessments and in-person interviews
15. Assess candidate information, including resumes and contact details using our applicant tracking system
16. Design job descriptions and interview questions that reflect each position
