Job Description
1. Research for candidates through internal database, online job/resume boards, and referrals (lots of computer-based research work)
2. Call candidates and qualify/screen/interview them for client positions
3. Coordinate client interviews
4. Revise candidate resumes to highlight their experience
5. Build relationships with candidates
6. Inform candidates about the results of their interviews
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 1st Dec'20 and 5th Jan'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. Should be available for a full time (in-office) internship
2. Ability to communicate effectively with people throughout the organization
3. Strong interpersonal and listening
4. Should be able to use Job portals/ Job boards extensively and efficiently
5. Should be available for a full time (in-office) internship.

8. Motivation to constantly learn and develop their own knowledge and skills
9. Self-assured manner, also towards people in rather high positions
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (2% of client).
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
