About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work on searching and recruiting the candidates on various skills set as per the job specifications
2. Work on searching resumes in various job portals & social networks
3. Create the job description
4. Work on conducting initial interviews by phone or face-to-face to determine experience and skill level
5. Work on ensuring that resume appropriately reflects the candidate's experience and requirement
6. Work on the recruitment & offer tracker
7. Work on making reports & MIS
