About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Issuing letters, from onboarding to exit management
2. Coordinating with the senior for day-to-day activities
3. Managing the employee database (HRIS)
4. Preparing & updating MIS reports & dashboards
5. Computing Payroll, PF, ESIC, PT, LWF, and statutory bonus
6. Calculating full & final settlement, gratuity, TDS (tax), and other deductions
7. Working on leave & attendance management
8. Getting no-dues clearances
Note: Upon successful completion of the internship period, candidates will be given an opportunity to join the company on a full-time basis.
