About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle recruitment
2. Manage salary and payroll management
3. Work on HR software management
4. Handle induction and onboarding
5. Work on employee engagement
6. Leave and attendance management
7. Design job description & compensation
8. Implement performance review procedures (e.g., quarterly/annual and 360 evaluations)
9. Develop fair HR policies and ensure employees understand and comply with them
10. Implement effective sourcing, screening, and interviewing techniques
11. Assess training needs and coordinate learning and development initiatives for all employees
12. Manage employee grievances
