HIRING FOR AN HR ADMIN:

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Handling administrative tasks
2. Preparing JD for various profiles /and posting regularly on various job portal sites like Naukri, Shine, monster, Times Job, Linkedin, etc.
3. Working on hiring candidates for various profiles, including BPO, IT, team managers, etc.
4. Working on monitoring the employee's behavior with clients
5. Working on maintaining attendance and pay slips of employees
6. Apart from this many other work related tasks.
7. Candidates Educational Background will be BBA / MBA HR (Freher)
8.Should Have Experience of Recruitment.
