Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Working on end-to-end recruitment
2. Working on sourcing CVs from job portals
3. Carrying out screening of resumes
4. Carrying out telephonic interviews with candidates
5. Coordinating interviews with the hiring managers
6. Following up on the status of the interview process
