Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Managing the recruitment process, searching the resumes screening, shortlisting the candidates
2. Interviewing the candidates, scrutinizing the background & then finalizing them with proper documentation work
3. Preparing the 2nd round of leaders for each department
4. Preparing the training manual with regard to the HR policy, business line
5. Training the new entrants with proper orientation & getting the training done in the respective departments
6. Evaluating their performances & motivating them to perform well in their respective profiles
7. Managing the office administration & maintaining the database & files
8. Completing operational requirements by scheduling and assigning employees and following up on work results
9. Maintaining office staff job results by coaching, counseling, and disciplining employees, and planning, monitoring, and appraising job results
10. Identifying potential suppliers for the different kinds of product creation
11. Conducting research to ascertain the best products and suppliers in terms of best value, delivery schedules, and quality
12. Briefing the suppliers about your product requirements for the sample development as per the briefing from the management
13. Coordinating with the suppliers for the modification as per the budget & specifications
