Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Carrying out the campus engagements
2. Collaborating with the digital marketing team to work on brand positioning
3. Working on handling all the operations related to internal hiring
4. Engaging with students and TPOs in college, send mailers, organize virtual/physical sessions (career and industry awareness)
5. Handling college coordination- convert organized sessions into incubation centres proposing MoUs between approached colleges and Posterity
6. Handling student sensitization- get student database from colleges and sensitize them about HR industry, using mailers and templates, and brand posterity, organize industry/on-site visits with students
7. Gauging on various pools of students, and figure top contenders for hiring. We'll call these frontrunners to the office, coach them here and these will become our campus ambassadors
