About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working as a part of the HR operations team which is responsible for providing backend HR services to business operations; working on HR operations and operational HR services, including administrative services & employee relationship management
2. Working as part of the employee data process design team that focuses on designing processes to manage employee data, records, and transactions using standard technologies and processes (the role may require expertise in the employee life cycle and managing the leave, payroll, and employee database management)
3. Helping us in the function that deals with people and people-related areas such as onboarding, compensation & benefits, performance management, employee engagement, organization development, and culture
