Job Description
1. Working on, documentation, recruitment, interview conduction, handling queries, onboarding the candidates, exit formalities, employee database management, payroll, attendance, etc.
2. Researching into competitors and marketplace
3. Defining job descriptions and document specifications
4. Sourcing candidates using job advertisements, databases, and from college placement cells
5. Taking online Interviews and handling the complete recruitment cycle
6. Ensuring compliance with recruitment policies, procedures and legal responsibilities
7. Working on policy development and documentation of client contracts
8. Building and managing the employee performance management mechanism
9. Coordinating the employee recognition awards program
10. Performing other HR related duties as assigned
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 21st Feb'21 and 28th Mar'21
3. are available for duration of 3 months
4. have relevant skills and interests
1. The ideal person should be able to communicate in Telugu, Hindi, English
2. Must have a pleasing personality, influential leadership qualities, and a passion for cricket
3. Must be an MBA graduate with a specialization in HR
4. Must have hands-on experience with various selection processes (video interviewing, phone interviewing, reference check, etc.)
5. Must have excellent communication and interpersonal skills
6. Must have strong decision-making skills
Job offer: On successful conversion to a permanent employee, the candidate can expect a salary of Rs. 3 to 4 Lac/annum
Certificate: Will be provided at the end of the Internship
