Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Posting vacancy details in various social media sites
2. Segregating the applications received
3. Conducting 1st level interviews and shortlisting
4. Issuing appointment letters and following up for joining of the selected candidate
5. Managing the joining process
