Job Description
About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Preparing JD understanding the needs of hiring manager as well to ask questions that will help you identify the right candidate(s).
2. Screening for basic competence of candidates against a technical job description
3. Working on taking interviews, negotiations and closing candidates for assigned requisitions
4. Identifying & sourcing candidates through various channels job boards, LinkedIn, cold calls, technology forums, as well as the database acquired and buddy referrals as per the requirements of the company standards
5. Supporting and advising on HR policy, ensure compliance with the company's policies
8. Serving as an escalation point for personnel and employee relations issues and provide
9. Updating management on a variety of matters including absence, poor performance and manage terminations
10. Researching attrition/retention, analyzing trends thorough headcount and exit data and recommending an appropriate course of action
11. Working on leave and attendance management organize corporate events and other employee engagement activities
12. Organizing corporate events and other employee engagement activities
