About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Building the organization's structure & maintaining staff database and responsibilities
2. Planning to meet the goals of the organization & managing the employee development program
3. Handling recruitment by taking interviews and campus hiring
4. Framing the HR documents, policies, and communication library
5. Reporting to the mentor and undertaking the tasks assigned
