Job Description
1. Demonstrating the use of multiple channels in sourcing attracting candidates through networking, direct approach, referrals, etc.
2. Meeting established metrics for sourcing
3. Posting job ads and organizing resumes and job applications
4. Scheduling job interviews and assisting in the interview process

2. can start the internship between 27th Feb'21 and 3rd Apr'21
3. are available for duration of 4 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

1. Must be a hard worker
2. Must be open to working in a high-pressure environment and not a 9-5 desk job setup
3. Must have the ability to hustle and switch between marketing, sales, and operations
4. Must be available for a minimum of 3-6 months
Stipend structure: This is a performance-based internship. In addition to the minimum-assured stipend, you will also be paid a performance-linked incentive (₹ 5000 per as per closure).
