About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Working on end to end in-house recruitment for IT and non-IT profile
2. Using portals like Naukri, Indeed, LinkedIn and Internshala for sourcing of candidates
3. Outsourcing the urgent positions with the consultancies and coordinating with them
4. Scheduling and coordinating interviews
5. Helping the Sr HR in the operations part as well
