About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Support end-to-end recruitment & selection processes for internal and external open positions
2. Follow the defined process of hiring qualified job applicants for open positions within the stipulated period and match the deadline
3. Support the CV formatting and data updation process
4. Come up with different ideas for a smooth recruitment process and HR operations
5. Create and help create brand awareness through hiring strategy
6. Support in pre and onboarding process of new joiners
