About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Screen applications for recruitment
2. Keep candidates updated on schedules, ensure documents required for the offer are complete, and work on HR data
3. Co-ordinate with the interviewers for interview scheduling and follow up
4. Ensure referrals are being interviewed as per the TAT and feedback is being shared with the referrers
5. Work with the Core HR SPOC on areas such as Documentation and Reporting
