Job Description

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Conduct onboarding and joining formalities
2. Maintain and update employee records and databases to ensure accuracy and compliance with company policies
3. Assist in the planning and execution of employee engagement activities, such as team-building events and recognition programs
4. Contribute to the development and implementation of HR policies and procedures to promote a positive and inclusive work environment
5. Assist with HR administrative tasks, including drafting and formatting documents, preparing reports, and organizing HR-related files
6. Collaborate with the HR team on special projects and initiatives, such as performance management, employee surveys, and training programs
