Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Collaborate with the recruitment team to source potential candidates through various channels, including job portals, social media, and professional networks
2. Review resumes and applications to identify qualified candidates, conducting initial screening interviews to assess their suitability for specific roles
3. Assist in coordinating and scheduling interviews between candidates and hiring managers, ensuring a smooth and efficient process
4. Maintain regular communication with candidates to keep them informed about their application status and provide feedback when necessary
5. Update and manage the candidate database, ensuring accuracy and confidentiality of candidate information
6. Contribute to building a positive employer brand by assisting in organizing recruitment events and creating engaging content for social media platforms
7. Conduct research on industry trends, salary benchmarks, and competitor analysis to support the recruitment team in making informed hiring decisions
8. Provide general administrative support to the recruitment team as needed
