Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Collect, clean, and analyze HR recruitment data to identify trends and insights
2. Work closely with the HR team to understand data requirements and objectives
3. Utilize advanced Excel skills to manipulate and visualize data effectively
4. Create interactive dashboards using tools such as Power BI to present key HR metrics and performance indicators
5. Assist in ad-hoc projects and tasks as assigned by the HR manager
