About the internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Assist in drafting compelling job descriptions and posting them on relevant job boards and social media platforms
2. Conduct initial resume screening to identify qualified candidates
3. Coordinate and schedule interviews between candidates and hiring managers
4. Communicate with candidates throughout the recruitment process, providing timely updates and feedback
