Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Source candidates using a variety of search methods to build a robust candidate pipeline
2. Screen candidates by reviewing resumes and job applications, and performing phone screenings
3. Take ownership of candidate experience
4. Stay abreast of recruiting trends and best practices
5. Manage the overall interview, selection, and closing process
6. Work on closely coordinating with the selected candidates and ensuring they join with the client
7. Create and maintain a backup process
8. Follow up with candidates post joining ensuring they are having a healthy career
9. Ensure all screening, hiring, and selection are done in accordance with the client
