Human Resources (HR) Jobs Opening in Living Things at Mumbai
Job Description
1. Talent Acquisition-Collaborate with hiring managers to identify staffing needs and create comprehensive job descriptions.
2. Candidate Screening and Evaluation- Conduct initial phone screenings to assess candidates' skills, experience, and cultural fit.
3. Interview Coordination-Schedule and coordinate interviews, ensuring a smooth and efficient process for both candidates and hiring managers.
4. Data Management- Maintain accurate and up-to-date candidate records in the respective folders through google forms and creating folders for the hardcopies.
5. Leave and Attendance Policy- Self adherence and implication of the company's leave and attendance policy. Keeping track of leave balances.
6. Create monthly payroll from the biometric data and ensure timely disbursement of the salary to the employees.
