Human Resources (HR) Jobs Opening in Medhavi Foundation at Kolkata
Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Focusing on end-to-end recruitment and researching about companies/industries who hire full-time wage employees or apprentices
2. Reaching out to companies'/industries' HR managers/recruiters for understanding and sourcing their manpower requirements
3. Getting mandates directly or supporting company managers in getting and signing mandates from industries for hiring and recruitment of trainees graduating from various skill development programs
4. Creating strategies, presentations, documentation, etc. for pitching to corporates/industries
5. Understanding the local employment demand at the Skill Centre locations of Medhavi Foundation
6. Working on creating processes for self-employment & entrepreneurship facilitation of trainees at skill development centers of Medhavi
7. Working on placement related operations on the central HQ level for all our skill development centers across India in coordination with the regional placement teams
8. Assisting the HR manager in payroll processing, employee data management/attendance management, and overall monitoring of employees via human resource management software (HRMS)
