Job Description
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Work as a talent sourcer responsible to manage the recruitment process for the organization
2. Understand the stakeholder's requirements and analyze the requisition details shared
3. Source potential candidates through different sourcing techniques like job boards (e.g. keyword search, Boolean search), social media and professional networks like LinkedIn, etc.
4. Screen the resumes to ascertain the competence and fitment of candidates against a technical job description
5. Craft and send bulk emails to attract and build pipeline of potential candidates to meet current and future hiring needs
6. Coordinate during walk-ins/scheduled drives
7. Screen the resumes to ascertain the competence and fitment of candidates against a technical job description
8. Maintain candidate's database including referrals.
