About the internship

Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:

1. Manage payroll, salaries, and holiday schedules for employees
2. Handle and process employee requests and inquiries
3. Participate in the recruitment process by sourcing candidates, conducting interviews, and onboarding new employees
4. Maintain accurate records and databases related to employee information
5. Collaborate with various departments to ensure compliance with company policies and procedures
6. Oversee employee exits, including exit interviews and necessary documentation
