Who can apply
1. are available for full time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 29th Aug'22 and 3rd Oct'22
3. are available for duration of 6 months
4. are from or open to relocate to Pune and neighboring cities
5. have relevant skills and interests
Responsibilities include:
1. Working on the collation of data for various compensation analysis/benchmarking and salary review
2. Maintaining a data base for difference rewards survey and preparation of data for compensation surveys
3. Assisting in the data collation for different market analysis
4. Maintaining various salary increase and offer proposal trackers
5. Assisting in the annual salary review exercise
6. Assisting in the automation of different compensation related activities- requirement gathering, creation of system roadmaps, assisting in the actual integration process
7. Assisting in the preparation and maintenance of different rewards policies
Skill(s) required
Other requirements
1. Knack for number crunching
2. An eye for details- someone who can understand data (numbers or documents) and comprehend on his/her own
3. Good communication skills
4. Intermediate knowledge of MS office functionalities - Excel, and Word are a must Knowledge of PowerPoint presentations will be an added advantage
5. Some background amount various HR functions
6. Some knowledge about IT/gaming companies will be an added advantage
