About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Ensuring that full-stack education is attracting the best talent across the company
2. Screening potential employees resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
3. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
4. Posting job advertisements to job boards and social media platforms
5. Onboarding new recruitment agencies, working with them, and ensuring that our recruitment mandates are getting fulfilled as per the SLA
6. Collaborating with others to increase employee engagement and drive employee development across the teams
7. Extending support in managing and developing our work culture

2. Strong analytical and problem-solving skills
3. Strong written and verbal communication skills
4. Should have a passion for HR in general and taking initiatives to make the workplace more engaging
