About the work from home job/internship
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
Being accountable for end to end recruitment
Sourcing potential candidates from the various sources viz., social media, job portals, headhunting, database, referrals, contacts, networking
Screening and short-listing the candidates in accordance with the client requirements
Interviewing aspirants and evaluate their skills over the phone
Following up till closure and post-closure follow up
Building a strong rapport with candidates
