Human Resources
The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
A. HR Operations
1. Work on maintaining employee databases of active & inactive employees
2. Work on the preparation of various letters & NDAs
3. Work on maintaining candidate databases
4. Work on employee personnel file management
5. Work on preparing & maintaining SOPs of key HR processes
6. Coordinate with employees to gather details & capture missing information in the HR software
7. Buddy up with the HR team members for new learnings
8. Assist & support the HR team on the routine tasks
B. HR Analytics
1. Work on preparing the headcount reports
2. Attrition reports
3. Calculate source mix & cost of acquisition
4. Manage the quality of hires
5. Work on industry analysis - compensation/best practices
C. Employee Engagement
1. Work on ideating, planning & executing the employee engagement activities & CSR initiatives
2. Work on designing creatives-mailers/posts for job postings, employee engagement activities & creating awareness of HR policies
D. Talent Acquisition
1. Design job descriptions
2. Work on job postings
3. Work on sourcing CVs for current open positions
4. Work on initial screening
5. Work on preparing surveys & capturing employee/candidate responses
