The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Handle the end-to-end recruitment cycle i.e., making JD, sourcing resumes through the job portal, screening candidates, and scheduling them for various interview rounds
2. Follow-up and coordinate
3. Maintain MIS
4. Conduct reference check and initiate offer discussion
