Human Resources
Selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:-
1. Screening potential employees' resumes and application forms to identify suitable candidates to fill company job vacancies
2. Organizing interviews with shortlisted candidates
3. Posting job vacancies to job boards and social media platforms
4. Maintaining updated employee records
5. Coordinating with employee engagement activities
6. Assisting HR in day-to-day HR activities
Skill(s) required
Who can apply
Only those candidates can apply who:
1. are available for full-time (in-office) internship
2. can start the internship between 15th Sep'22 and 20th Oct'22
3. are available for a duration of 6 months
4. have relevant skills and interests

Other requirements
1. Candidates open to relocating to Bangalore after the pandemic
2. Master's degree in human resource management or degree toward a degree in human resource management or related field
3. Prior experience in recruitment (added advantage)
4. Knowledge of working on different job boards
5. Proficiency in all Microsoft Office applications
6. Excellent administrative and organizational skills
7. Excellent communication skills
