The selected intern's day-to-day responsibilities include:
1. Partner with stakeholders to deliver exceptional candidate experience throughout the hiring process
2. Schedule interviews working directly with recruiters, hiring managers, interview teams and candidates
3. Work on processes for candidate scheduling, interview loop execution and pre-onboarding engagement
4. Track recruiting activities and provide weekly reporting on candidate status
5. Coordinate recruiting programs and initiatives
6. Identify opportunities to improve candidate experience
